The students will have an opportunity to learn how to observe with the <a href=\"https:\/\/stel.asu.cas.cz\/en\/telescope\/instrumentation\/oes-spectrograph\/\">echelle spectrograph OES<\/a> at the Perek telescope and how to perform photometric observation at the Mayer 65-cm telescopes in Ond\u0159ejov. It can be reached by car, by bus or you can take train and walk the rest. Ond\u0159ejov and the surrounding countryside is also a&nbsp;popular target for bicycle trips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asu.cas.cz\/icon.php?name=airplane&amp;size=50\" alt=\"\">Fly to Prague Airport and arrange for someone to pick you up and drive you to the Institute. This is far the best option. A&nbsp;cab would cost you about 80&nbsp;EUR. If you prefer public transport on your own, be prepared for another two hours of traveling. Take bus 119 outside the airport terminal, go to N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Veleslav\u00edn&nbsp;and change for metro line A&nbsp;there. Continue by metro to H\u00e1je changing to line C at Muzeum and then use bus route 383 (<a href=\"http:\/\/jizdnirady.idnes.cz\/praha\/zjr\/?l=RegBus+383&amp;f=H%c3%a1je&amp;t=Chocerady&amp;wholeweek=true&amp;ttn=PID&amp;submit=true&amp;af=false&amp;lng=C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">timetable<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asu.cas.cz\/icon.php?name=automobile&amp;size=50\" alt=\"\">Traveling by car, take exit 21 on D1 highway Praha\u2013Brno (direction Bene\u0161ov). Right after the highway exit take a&nbsp;turn, enter village Miro\u0161ovice and head for Mnichovice. Continue about 4 kilometres and turn right in Mnichovice towards Ond\u0159ejov, where at the beginning of the village (by a&nbsp;sawmill) you will see a&nbsp;sign pointing left to the Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asu.cas.cz\/icon.php?name=bus&amp;size=50\" alt=\"\">Ond\u0159ejov is served by two ROPID (Prague local transport authority) bus routes. Route 383 (<a href=\"http:\/\/jizdnirady.idnes.cz\/praha\/zjr\/?l=RegBus+383&amp;f=H%c3%a1je&amp;t=Chocerady&amp;wholeweek=true&amp;ttn=PID&amp;submit=true&amp;af=false&amp;lng=C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">timetable<\/a>) goes from Prague and starts at H\u00e1je station (metro line C terminus). The ride takes approx. 60 minutes.
