Accommodation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Each participant is asked to arrange her\/his own accommodation. Due to limited rooms\/beds (less than the number of participants), only the first participants will be able to book the accommodation in the Villa Lanna (first come first served). The rest of the participants will have to book an accommodation in some of nearby hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation in the Villa Lanna<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In the Villa Lanna and its pavilion there are 14 single rooms, 6 twin rooms, and 4 double rooms. The prise of a single room is 1.155 CZK (~50 EUR) per night including breakfast. The price of a double\/twin room is 1.750 CZK (~75 EUR) per night including breakfast. In the case of room sharing the price per person per night is than halved.\n
If you decide to have the accommodation in the Villa Lanna you should write an email to the reception of the Villa Lanna (recepce@vila-lanna.cz<\/strong>) with the mail subject “XShootU workshop – your name and surname”. Payment for accommodation is at the reception upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Hotel Schwaiger<\/strong> is 250 m (~3 min walk) from the Villa Lanna:  https:\/\/www.hotelschwaiger.cz\/en\/<\/a> (recommended)
2. Hotel DAP<\/strong> is about 1.2 km (~15 min walk) from the Villa Lanna: https:\/\/www.volareza.cz\/hotel-dap\/en<\/a>
3. Hotel Diplomat<\/strong> is about 1.6 km (~20 min walk) from the Villa Lanna: https:\/\/www.wyndhamhotels.com\/en-uk\/vienna-house<\/a>

Currency<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The official currency of the Czech Republic is the Czech crown (K\u010d\/CZK). The exchange rate of a crown to a Euro and other currency can be checked at the website of the Czech National Bank<\/a> and European Central Bank<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W<\/strong>orkshop lunches and dinner<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

For all participants of the workshop, the organizers have arranged a workshop dinner (on Monday evening, Sep 25, 2023) and lunches (on each day of the workshop duration, Sep 25-27, 2023) in the Villa Lanna. The menu of the lunches and dinner will be created based on your dietary requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guiding tour<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

On Tuesday afternoon (Sep 26, 2023) the guiding tour through mathematical, physical and astronomical Prague will be organized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid restrictions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

As of 9th<\/sup>\u00a0April 2022, the protective measures regarding the conditions of entry into the Czech Republic in relation to the epidemic of covid-19 have been suspended. Entry into the Czech Republic is no longer subject to any special epidemiological conditions to prevent the spread of the disease.
