The capacity of the school is limited to 40 students. When registering, please indicate your research field and interests.

To register for the school, please fill out the Registration Form. The deadline for registration is on July 31. Note that you are required to attach your CV and a support letter from your supervisor, both in pdf format, to your registration form.

There is no registration fee to attend the school. The school obtains financial support from the POEMS project based on which we can provide each participant with free lunches during the school days (Monday to Friday in both weeks), coffee breaks twice per day, a welcome reception on the evening of Sunday, September 3, and a joint dinner on Wednesday, September 13.

The costs for travel, accommodation, remaining dinners and weekend activites are subject to every participant.

We have a small amount of funding available to support the accommodation costs for students with no or limited funds. Please indicate in your registration form whether you need financial support and the reason for your request.

The Czech Republic is a member state of the European Union and belongs to the Schengen area. Please let us know whether you need an invitation letter for VISA application.
