Every year, more and more high school students want to find out how science is done. Young people who want to devote their time not only to school activities take part in internships at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, where scientists are available for them. Student internships are made possible by the Open Science programme. This year’s graduates presented the results of their internship research at the final student conference, which took place from 22 to 24 November 2023 in the building of the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Prague.
